「穢神楽～Aikagura～」 is a 2D side‑scrolling action game set in a fantasy version of feudal Japan. You play as Mitsuki, a skilled exorcist working for the Imperial Onmyō Bureau. When the Totsuka region is suddenly devastated by a plague of monsters, Mitsuki is sent to uncover the source of the calamity.

A: As of mid‑2025, no major DLCs or expansions have been announced. However, the base game includes all the content described above, and occasional patches have added new skills and balancing changes.

Mitsuki can freely switch between her form and her Kitsune (Fox) form at any time. This adds a strategic layer to every battle:
