It supports DDR2 533 MHz and 667 MHz unbuffered, non-ECC memory modules.

Generally supported through Windows Update. The integrated ATI graphics driver can sometimes fail; installing the legacy Vista driver in Compatibility Mode often resolves display scaling issues.

Officially, the chipset caps out at 2 GB total capacity (1 GB per slot). Certain OEM BIOS revisions allow 4 GB (2 GB per slot) to be installed, though Windows will usually only report around 3.25 GB as usable due to 32-bit resource allocation mapping in the legacy architecture.
