If the offline installer fails, verify that the Channel and OfficeClientEdition attributes in your XML perfectly match the version of Office 365 already running on the machine. Trying to install a 64-bit Current Channel proofing tool onto a 32-bit Semi-Annual Enterprise Office installation will cause an error.
